Taylor Fritz:
Fritz, meanwhile, scored a strong win over Andrey Rublev (6-7, 6-2, 7-5) in the previous round.
Andrey took the first set on a tie-break, but then lost the second set almost without a struggle.
In the deciding set, Fritz broke the break at 5-5. Rublev was unable to come back from that break.
