Barcelona – Valencia. Konstantin Genich’s prediction
Denis Cheryshev will make his first start for Valencia. Maybe he’ll start or maybe he’ll come from the bench. Valencia still have no wins in La Liga. They’ve been playing good only in Copa del Rey. Their task for the upcoming game is to concede as few as possible. A draw can be a very good result for them. And they can’t afford to lose with a difference of more than one goal to keep their chances for the second leg which will be held on Mestalla.
But Barcelona are the obvious favourite. They’ll try to score more to assure the qualification before the away game. I expect Barca to win this game, but with no big goal difference. Valencia will defend by all means. We can go for Barcelona to win with a total under 4.5 goals or even Barcelona to win with a total under 3.5 goals.
