Anzhi – CSKA Moscow. Konstantin Genich’s prediction
CSKA Moscow have lost the chance to make it to the play-offs in the Champions League losing to Wolfsburg. And before that they’ve lost two games in the Russian Premier league to Krasnodar and Krylya Sovetov. But I can’t say that they are playing too bad. I like their movement, I like that Alan Dzagoev is fit. But their main problem is in poor conversion of chances to goals. And I think that this unlucky period can end up in Makhachkala.
Anzhi have surprisingly defeat Lokomotiv Moscow in away game. The team was very disciplined. The last game between CSKA Moscow and Anzhi ended 1:0. But now CSKA have much more motivation because all their rivals are breathing down the neck. That’s why CSKA Moscow will definitely try to get a maximum of points in the upcoming games. This is a primary task for Leonid Slutsky with all the need to play the last Champions League game against PSV Eindhoven. And I think that CSKA Moscow can win against Anzhi. So I suggest to bet on the first team in standings against the last team. The odds are higher than 2.00.
