The narrative says that AC Milan’s season hinges on this, but their season, in fact, is already ruined. Winning here would of course be an achievement, but it wouldn’t do much to change the fact that they’ve been well below the expected standard this campaign. The pressure is really starting to mount on all of the players and on the owner Silvio Berlusconi as well. It’s a question of how well they can respond to this?
Juve are the obvious favourites to win here and it looks highly likely that they will secure the double. Having said this, I think AC Milan will play very tight and attempt to frustrate the side from Turin. It’ll take a while for Juve to break them down. You can get scoreless 1st half – under 0.5 goals with William Hill at 2.25 and I think that represents good value.
