The first and, quite likely, the main one is the absence of live streaming services on Supabets website. Live match tracker is a fine alternative, but most people prefer to see even the smallest changes every second of the game.

Secondly, it would be quite useful to add some information about financial operations to the T&Cs, because people usually like to know which advantages they can get on the platform.

Thirdly, a live chat feature would complement the customer support agent department a lot.
