Design and layout and user-friendliness of the site/app

The color scheme of the LuckyBet website is a rather dark palette. This is not good for navigation. There is a lot of content that can be difficult to find and it is easy to get confused. The main language, as we have already mentioned, is English. The first thing that catches your eye when you enter the site is the main visual, a rotating banner leading to key service pages, which stands out from the rest of the site. 

On the top left is the LuckyBet logo and its slogan “Get lucky… Get rich”. Within the same panel on the right-hand side is the registration and account login button. 

The following buttons are Sportsbook, Live sport Livescore, Pool codes, Virtuals, Casino, Promotions, Become an agent, LuckyBet app, and a LuckyBet tutorial. Each of them is responsible for the information corresponding to its name. At the moment the LuckyBet app button doesn’t work properly, but that’s not a problem as there is also a LuckyBet app button at the bottom of the homepage which will help you go and download the application. 

On the lefthand side, the menu offers buttons for Betting and Live Betting, your favorites, and finally a list of sports. Betlist, Betlist checker, and Latest top winnings are on the right-hand side. Upcoming, Live and other events are on the page’s center. All the basic information about the site is found at the bottom of the page. Last but not least, the live chat button, which stands out with its color, is at the bottom, on the left. 

LuckyBet’s Android app has the same qualities as its desktop site, you can download the LuckyBet apk file to your Android. You can open the app every time you want to bet on your favorite sports or casino games. 

To download the app, open the website, as we‘ve previously stated, go to the bottom, and select the LuckyBet app. The app is only available for Android. 

Services and live

LuckyBet’s list of sports you can bet on includes soccer, basketball, tennis, cricket, baseball, hockey, MMA, boxing, handball, volleyball, rugby, Aussie rules, table tennis, badminton, darts, snooker, futsal, Waterpolo, floorball, bandy, American football. The list of virtual sports games includes some leagues, horse racing, and greyhound racing.

You can bet on all of these types in real-time, and right before the event. All you need to do is be careful not to miss out on an event you are interested in.

Live line

As we have already mentioned, at LuckyBet you can bet on the whole list of sports mentioned above. Both before and during the event. Under “Live sport” you can find current events, and if there are events you are interested in, you can bet on them.

LuckyBet does not allow you to watch live sporting events. Under ”VIRTUALS” you can watch, for example, horse racing. For some sports, there is no broadcast, but the site will have useful information about the event.

Freebies, bonuses, and promotions

Nigerian bookmaker LuckyBet currently offers six bonuses, four of which are for sportsbooks.

Let’s start with the main thing – the welcome bonus. 

LuckyBet offers a 100% bonus on a player’s first deposit. 

The first deposit must be up to N100,000. The maximum bonus sum is N100,000. Then, you must wager your bonus 8 times with the odds of 1.50 or more within 30 days of receiving the bonus. 

The bookmaker also offers a LuckyBoost promotion, where a player betting an accumulator of 5 to 40 selections and winning it, can get up to 250% extra winnings. 

The minimum odds for selections is 1.20.

The next bonus offered by the bookmaker is Lucky Saver. If you have an accumulator of 10 selections and only one of them loses, the bookmaker returns 5% of your possible winnings.

Your accumulator bet must contain 10 selections with odds of 1.20 or greater for each selection. Bet’s minimal amount must be N50 or greater.

Registration 

Signing up for LuckyBet is easy, just click on the ‘Register’ button in the top right corner and fill in your details. You will be prompted to enter your telephone number. As we said before, you must be located in Nigeria to use the site. Now when you register the site requires a phone number from Nigeria.  The code cannot be changed. Next, you have to fill in an email address and approve it. You must also think of a password, enter it, and confirm it. Finally, you need to confirm that you agree to LuckyBet’s terms and conditions. You then need to press the “Register” button. That is all.

Also, LuckyBet is open for business and is looking for agents. They will provide thorough training and support. And you can register immediately as an agent. After providing your basic information and becoming registered you will then be asked for further information. Then you will be asked for some more information.

Financial information

At the moment, the only currency LuckyBet accepts is the Nigerian Naira.

For deposits, you can use haystack, Flutterwave, Quickteller, MasterCard, Monnify. Currently, only Nigerian debit cards can be used on LuckyBet, international cards are not possible to use. The minimum deposit is 100 naira in total, the maximum deposit is unlimited.

For withdrawals, as for deposits, you can use Paystack, Flutterwave, Quickteller, MasterCard, Monnify. The minimum withdrawal amount is 2,000.00 Naira, and the maximum withdrawal amount is not limited. You must have credit in your wallet to withdraw.  Withdrawals take place within 12 hours (except for situations where identification is required (winnings over 250,000.00, in which case they have to request proof of identity, which must include either your international passport, driving license, voter ID, or national ID card). There are no withdrawal fees․

If winning bets are taxed by the provincial government, such taxes will be paid by LuckyBet at the player’s expense. 

Reliability, Integrity, and Safety

The site assures users that their personal data is completely secure.

It’s hard to find user reviews of LuckyBet on the internet.

The site could benefit fom some changes and improvements. For our part, we can say that the mobile version is more comfortable to use than the PC version.  On the PC there is too much stuff on the screen and it’s hard to find the right event. It is also important to note that the support service is not always available.
