Statewide list of free rides to the polls
Group is still accepting volunteers

Twenty-five organizations and 177 Common Cause in Wisconsin volunteers are helping voters get to the polls on Election Day — and they’re asking the public to help get out the word about the available assistance.

CC/WI has created a master list of cab and private companies, advocacy organizations, faith-based groups and others offering free roundtrip rides to the polls on Election Day.
To shore up some of the gaps in coverage, the group also recruited volunteer drivers, providing them with additional training and resources on voter ID and voter registration to ensure their riders are prepared to vote when they get to the polls.
CC/WI set up a Milwaukee rides hotline to provide additional assistance in an area where we anticipate a higher volume of ride requests. Voters can reach Election Day “Rides to the Polls Hotline” at 414-323-1511.
CC/WI is asking the public to share with their communities — via email, texts and social media — the availability of free assistance to the polls.
In addition, the organization is still accepting volunteers right up until Election Day. Learn about volunteering here.
