Tottenham in the FA Cup match played with the club from the eighth strongest football league in the country – Marin from the first western division of the Northern Premier League. Tottenham staff and players faced some unusual conditions for the match.

Instead of a locker room, Tottenham received a bar area, and Jose Mourinho led his team, sitting in a regular chair since there was only a single bench for substitutes at the Marina stadium.

The fans were not allowed to attend the match, but Marina managed to earn 300 thousand pounds by selling the rights to broadcast the match and sponsorship packages.  The fans watched the game from behind the fence, two girls watched the match directly behind Jose Mourinho.

The meeting ended with the victory of “Tottenham” with a score of 5:0.
