Gary Lineker makes huge Trent Alexander-Arnold admission
Trent Alexander-Arnold is currently on international duty with England in World Cup 2022 with England. The Three Lions have progressed to the round of 16 where they will face Senegal on Sunday, December 4.
Alexander-Arnold has made only one appearance out of the three group-stage games.
Speaking on the Reds star, Lineker said via BBC: “I think Trent’s a player who should be playing in midfield, I always have done. By accident, he’s fallen into right-back, which he plays brilliantly and he’s as good a crosser as you could ever see.

“He’s the best passer in English football. He could be playing anywhere in midfield, he could play anywhere. The only weakness he’s got is occasionally he gets caught defensively.”
