vigil to end violence

Congregations United to Serve Humanity clergy will hold a vigil to promote peace and healing after the recent shooting deaths in Kenosha of 23-year old Brian Baldwin and 23-year old Anthony Kerrill of Waukegan.

Clergy, public officials, neighbors, and the greater community are invited to gather with members of Congregations United to Serve Humanity on Wednesday, June 14, at 7 p.m., beginning at the entrance to Lincoln Park, 71st St. and 22nd Ave. in Kenosha.

Participants are invited to bring a candle.

Congregations United to Serve Humanity is an interfaith coalition “actively living our faith and values in pursuit of justice through advocacy, education, and empowerment.”

CUSH's Religous Leaders' Caucus gathers the community whenever a homicide occurs in the City of Kenosha. For more information, visit cushkenosha.com.
