License Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling in Spain - bookmakers

Here’s a list of bookmakers who are licensed in Spain. The Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling is the Ministry of Finance and General Government body accountable to the State Secretary of the Treasury, which regulates, authorises, supervises, controls and, if necessary, penalises gambling activities in Spain. The authorization of online bookmakers started after the 2011 Spanish Gambling Act was signed. General licences enable the holder to run bets, contests and other gambling activities and are valid for 10 years. Special licences have a minimum duration of one year and a maximum duration of five, which may be extended for successive periods of the same duration. All bookmakers authorized by the Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling are to create a specific website under a '.es' domain.
