Account suspended – 383 EUR – bwin – November 8, 2016

Dear BR Team,
On October 2016 I registered at bookmaker, deposited 50€ and got the 100% bonus of 50€. I wagered the requested amount of 300€ and asked for a withdraw. My account was fully verified (I sent them the scan of my passport) so I expected that the withdrawal won’t take long. 5 days after my withdrawal request Bwin blocked my account. I asked them why did they do so. Today I recieved this e-mail:

“Dear Mr Egger,
Thank you for your chat request.
We would like to inform you that we have decided to permanently close your account.
Please read below the corresponding paragraph from our General Terms and Conditions. I am asking you for help. I want Bwin to send me the money I have won or provide deeper explanation of why did they close my verified account?
