My account in 1Xbet is very old and verified, but after last my betting session they locked payouts and locked beting, my deposit in 27.01.2017 was around 8k and won 4k, bets were made on hockey matches KHL. They are asking me to send new documents pasport or ID (I sent), then they asked to made few screenshots of my skrill walet( I sent), then they asked me to send Neteller screenshots( I sent, but without one, because neteller history can be seen only one year, but I made last transaction in 2015 with 1xbet. I asked neteller to send me full history, they sent to me and I repost that to 1xbet, but they are not talking and listening me, they ar answered on each my mail:
You should provide us with screenshots of your Neteller e-wallet. Please, make a screenshot of ‘Account History’ section where we can see transactions connected with our company. Also, please, make screenshots of the sections ‘Money In’, ‘Money Out’ and ‘My Account/Personal Profile’ We should see your e-mail address connected to your Neteller e-wallet on every screenshot.
To verify the data you should send screen shots in the full-sized version of windows without cutting the top and bottom panels.
You should click on Profile icon at the upper-right corner of the site, after that you can see the special tab with your data and your e-mail address. We should see this tab on every screenshot.
