Bookmaker Ratings has returned $500k to punters
Any punter registered with us has a right to draw up a complaint against a bookmaker and can expect our professional examination with a positive outcome of the dispute (if the complaint is sound and valid). Over the past few months, we’ve regularly published complaints and provided online information about the results of the claims (some of them were translated into English and are available to view here).
During the lifetime of our site, we have reviewed a vast number of complaints. Detailed statistics can be found on the “About us” page. Here are a couple of solved disputes over the past few months.
In August 2015, a punter complained about Marathonbet. The sum of the dispute amounted to 685,000 rubles (more than $10,000 at that time). The problem was the loss of access to the punter’s account, has been resolved. A couple of months later, in October, we received a complaint about Leonbets, the amount was 753,000 rubles ( around $12,000 at the time). The punter had difficulty getting paid. However, the delay of payment was settled and the customer got his money returned.
